Application of the G+OEC Nursing Model in Patients Undergoing Transcatheter Aortic Valve Bioprosthetic Replacement
Objective To analyze the application effect of G+OEC nursing model in patients undergoing transcatheter aortic valve bioprosthetic replacement(TAVR).Methods A total of 120 patients who underwent TAVR between April 2018 and April 2023 were included in this study.Patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 60 patients in each group. The control group received routine nursing care, while the observation group received the G+OEC nursing model.Systolic and diastolic blood pressure, epinephrine, and cortisol levels were compared between the two groups. The symptom checklist-90(SCL-90),Beck anxiety inventory(BAI),and Hamilton depression rating scale(HAMD)were used to evaluate the emotional status of the patients. The occurrence rates of complications in both groups were compared. Results On the first day after surgery, there were no significant differences in systolic and diastolic blood pressure, epinephrine, cortisol levels,SCL-90,BAI,and HAMD scores between the two groups(P>0.05).On the tenth day after surgery, the SCL-90 scale,BAI scale and the total score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Within 10 days after surgery, the overall incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion G+OEC nursing mode can clearly alleviate the negative emotions of patients treated with transcatheter aortic valve bioprosthetic valve replacement, significantly reduce the probability of postoperative complications.
