Application Effect of Stage Nursing Based on the Theory of Goal Attainment Combined with Cognitive Ability Intervention in Elderly Stroke Patients
Objective To explore the application effect of stage nursing based on the theory of goal attainment combined with cognitive ability intervention in elderly stroke patients. Methods A total of 106 elderly stroke patients treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Science and Technology from May 2020 to December 2022 were selected as research objects, and the patients were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with routine nursing, and the research group was treated with staged nursing based on the theory of goal attainment combined with cognitive ability intervention on the basis of routine nursing. The clinical efficacy of nursing compliance, daily living ability, swallowing function and pulmonary infection of the two groups were observed and compared. Results The nursing compliance of study group(90.57%)was higher than control group(69.81%)(P<0.05).Activity of daily living(ADL)score after nursing was higher in both groups than before nursing(P<0.05),and ADL score after nursing in study group was higher than control group(P<0.05).The clinical effect of swallowing function in study group(94.34%)was higher than control group(81.13%)(P<0.05).The pulmonary infection rate of study group(5.66%)was lower than control group(20.75%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of standard stage nursing combined with cognitive ability intervention can improve elderly stroke patients'nursing compliance and self-care ability in the recovery period, and can effectively reduce the pulmonary infection rate of patients and improve the clinical effect of swallowing function.
