Epidemiological of 105 Cases of Adult Acute Myeloid Leukemia in Puyang City,Henan Province
Objective To analyze the clinical cases of adult acute myeloid leukemia in Puyang area,and to investigate the incidence,prognosis stratification and incidence trend,and to understand the epidemiological characteristics of adult acute myeloid leukemia in Puyang area.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on 105 patients with primary acute myeloid leukemia admitted to Puyang People's Hospital and Oilfield General Hospital from December 2014 to July 2022.The morphological characteristics,sex,age,gene mutation,chromosome abnormality,survival time,prognosis and morbidity were analyzed.Results The subtypes of acute myeloid leukemia in Puyang area were mainly M2,M4 and M5,accounting for 90 cases(85.71%).Men were more than women,and the age of onset was>30-60 years old.The survival rate of urban patients with survival period over 1 year was higher than that of rural patients,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The mutation rate of CEBPA gene was the highest(21.57%).In chromosome detection,the abnormal rate of chromosome number and/or structure was the highest(82.47%),and the number of patients with moderate prognosis was the highest(48.57%)after risk stratification.Conclusion The incidence of adult acute myeloid leukemia was on the rise in Puyang area,and the incidence was higher in rural areas and 1 year survival rate was lower.Rural areas should be the key areas for prevention and control of adult acute myeloid leukemia in Puyang area.
