Status Quo and Influencing Factors of Risk Perception of Chronic Kidney Disease in Type 2 Diabetes Patients
Objective To investigate the status quo of risk perception of chronic kidney disease in type 2 diabetes patients and analyze its influencing factors,so as to provide reference for further disease management. Methods A total of 235 patients with type 2 diabetes admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from June 2022 to February 2023 were selected.General data questionnaire and perception of risk of chronic kidney disease scale were used for questionnaire survey. Results The total score of risk perception of chronic kidney disease in 235 patients with type 2 diabetes was(85.23±18.37),the score of susceptibility dimension was(25.30±5.90),the score of beneficial dimension was(14.89±5.00),the score of severity dimension was(10.74±3.46).The score of obstacle dimension was(21.11±5.74),and the score of initiating factor dimension was(13.13±4.52).The results of regression analysis showed that education level, age, complications, family history of diabetes, course of diabetes and knowledge of disease were factors influencing the perception of renal disease risk in type 2 diabetes patients(P<0.05).Conclusion The level of risk perception of chronic kidney disease in type 2 diabetes patients still needs to be further improved.Nursing staff can develop individualized risk communication strategies according to different population characteristics,so as to further improve the risk perception of chronic kidney disease in patients and reduce the incidence of diabetic nephropathy.
