Effect of Lidocaine Combined with Budesonide Atomization on Postoperative Pain and Rehabilitation in Children with Snoring
Objective To explore the effect of lidocaine combined with budesonide atomization on postoperative pain and rehabilitation of children with snoring. Methods A total of 118 children with snoring in Children's Hospital Affiliated to Zhengzhou University from January to December 2022 were randomly divided into two groups,59 cases in the control group and 59 cases in the study group. The control group was inhaled with normal saline, and the study group was inhaled with lidocaine combined with budesonide. The follow-up was 6 months. The scores of children's special pain behavior response scale(FLACC)1,3 and 5 days after surgery, and the rehabilitation effect, preoperative ventilation function and sleep quality,as well as adverse reactions,6 months after surgery were compared between the two groups. Results The FLACC scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group on the 3 and 5 days after surgery(P<0.05).The rehabilitation effect of the research group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the total rehabilitation efficiency of the research group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After surgery, lowest oxygen saturation(LSaO2)in both groups increased compared to before surgery(P<0.05),while apnea-hypopnea index(AHI),oxygen desatura index(ODI)in both groups decreased compared to before surgery(P<0.05).LSaO2 in the study group was higher compared to the control group(P<0.05),while AHI and ODI in the study group were lower compared to the control group(P<0.05).After surgery, the pediatric sleep questionnaire(PSQI)and Epworth sleepiness scale(ESS)scores of both groups decreased compared to before surgery(P<0.05),and the study group was lower compared to the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was lower in the study group(3.39%)than in the control group(18.64%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of lidocaine combined with budesonide atomization in children with snoring surgery can effectively reduce postoperative pain, improve rehabilitation effect, improve ventilation function, improve sleep quality and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
