Expression of Hypoxia Inducible Factor-1α in Placenta of Preeclampsia Patients and its Relationship with Angiogenesis
Objective To analyze the relationship between the expression of hypoxia inducible factor 1α(HIF-1α)and angiogenesis in placenta of patients with preeclampsia. Methods A total of 80 cases of preeclampsia who were treated in Luoyang Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2019 to January 2023 and delivered successfully were prospectively selected as the research objects, including 48 cases of mild patients(mild group)and 32 cases of severe patients(severe group),and 50 cases of healthy pregnant women in the same period were selected as the control group. After delivery, all pregnant women were taken from the entire layer of placental tissue, and the microvessel density of placental tissue was measured and recorded. The expression level of HIF-1α mRNA was measured, and the positive expression rate of HIF-1α was calculated. The levels of activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),plasma Prothrombin time(PT),fibrinogen(Fib)and other coagulation related indicators in pregnant and lying in women were measured. The relationship between the relative expression of HIF-1α and angiogenesis in placental tissue was analyzed. Results The microvascular density in the placental tissue of the severe group was lower than mild group and the control group, and the mild group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The levels of HIF-1α mRNA and Fib in the severe group were higher than those in the mild group and control group, while APTT and PT were lower than those in the mild group and control group, the levels of HIF-1α mRNA and Fib in the mild group were higher than those in the control group, while APTT and PT were lower than control group(P<0.05).The total positive expression rate of HIF-1 α in the severe group was higher than mild and control groups, and the mild group was higher than control group(P<0.05).The relative expression level of HIF-1 α in placental tissue of preeclampsia patients was negatively correlated with angiogenesis(r<0,P<0.05).Conclusion HIF-1 α is abnormally overexpressed in placental tissue of preeclampsia patients, and the expression level is negative related to placental tissue angiogenesis.
