Application Effects of Nifedipine Combined with Vitamin D in the Treatment of Preeclampsia Patients
Objective To explore the clinical therapeutic effect of nifedipine sustained-release tablets combined with vitamin D drops in patients with preeclampsia. Methods Patients with preeclampsia in Puyang People's Hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were prospectively selected as the research objects and divided into control group and study group according to the random number table method. The control group was treated with nifedipine sustained-release tablets, while the study group was treated with vitamin D drops on the basis of the control group. The treatment effect, blood pressure level[diastolic blood pressure, systolic blood pressure],24-hour urine protein quantitative level, oxidative stress indicators[catalase(CAT),malondialdehyde(MDA),superoxide dismutase(SOD)]and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, and 24-hour urine protein quantification in the study group were lower than before treatment and the control group(P<0.05).The levels of CAT and SOD in the study group were higher than before treatment and the control group, while the level of MDA was lower than before treatment and the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistical significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of nifedipine sustained-release tablets and vitamin D drops can effectively improve the clinical treatment effect of patients with preeclampsia, help reduce patients'blood pressure and 24-hour urine protein quantitative levels, and improve the degree of oxidative stress response.
