Effect of Three-Way Linkage Mode on Patients with Wound Colostomy Incontinence
Objective To explore the intervention effect of triple linkage model on patients with wound colostomy incontinence. Methods From July 2020 to July 2023,100 patients with wound stoma funds treated in the hospital were observed and randomly divided into control group(ordinary care,50 cases)and observation group(ternary contact mode,50 cases),and the nursing effects of the two groups were analyzed. Results The treatment compliance rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the scores of the stoma self-care ability scale and quality of life of the two groups of patients increased, with the observation group being higher than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of triple linkage model can obviously improve the self-care ability, treatment compliance and quality of life of wound patients, and the risk of complications is obviously reduced, which is worthy of clinical reference.
