摘要
目的 探讨三元联动模式对伤口造口失禁患者的干预效果.方法 纳入2020年7月至2023年7月医院收治的100例伤口造口失禁患者作为观察对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(常规护理,50例)和观察组(三元联动模式,50例),分析两组护理效果.结果 观察组治疗依从率高于对照组(P＜0.05).治疗后,两组患者的造口自护能力量表评分和生活质量评分升高,其中观察组高于对照组(P＜0.05).观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 三元联动模式的应用提升了伤口造口患者的自我护理能力、治疗依从性和生活质量,且并发症风险降低.
Abstract
Objective To explore the intervention effect of triple linkage model on patients with wound colostomy incontinence.Methods From July 2020 to July 2023,100 patients with wound stoma funds treated in the hospital were observed and randomly divided into control group(ordinary care,50 cases)and observation group(ternary contact mode,50 cases),and the nursing effects of the two groups were analyzed.Results The treatment compliance rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the scores of the stoma self-care ability scale and quality of life of the two groups of patients increased,with the observation group being higher than the control group(P＜0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of triple linkage model can obviously improve the self-care ability,treatment compliance and quality of life of wound patients,and the risk of complications is obviously reduced,which is worthy of clinical reference.
