Application Effect of ERAS Based Operating Room Nursing in 4K Laparoscopic Radical Colon Cancer Surgery
Objective To explore the application effect of nursing methods during 4K laparoscopic radical surgery for colon cancer.Methods A total of 100 patients who underwent 4K laparoscopic radical colon cancer surgery in the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan Univesity of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected to participate in this study.The patients were divided into groups according to the nursing plan.The conventional nursing plan was divided into a reference group(50 cases),and the operating room nursing plan based on the enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)concept was divided into a study group(50 cases).The nursing effects of the two groups were compared,and based on patient clinical indicators,complications,patient satisfaction,and other data as the basis for judgment.Results According to data statistics,there was no statistically significant difference in physical indicators and psychological emotions between the two groups of patients before nursing(P＞0.05).After nursing,the heart rate,systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure data of the patients were compared between the two groups.The data of the study group was lower than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After nursing,the patient's anal exhaust time,defecation time,eating time and hospitalization time were shorter in the two study groups than in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After nursing,the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)scores of patients in both groups were lower than before nursing,and the score of the study group was lower than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Adverse reactions such as deep vein thrombosis of lower extremity,intestinal obstruction,wound infection,urinary retention and abdominal distension were counted.The total incidence in the study group was lower than that in the reference group,and the comparison difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The satisfaction rate of patients surveyed was higher in the study group than in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Through research and analysis,the application of ERAS based operating room nursing in 4K laparoscopic radical resection of colon cancer can reduce patient treatment stress response,encourage active cooperation,achieve rapid postoperative recovery,and have fewer adverse reactions.The clinical effect is ideal,and patients are satisfied.It is recommended and widely used.
