Effect of Du Moxibustion on Lumbar and Back Pain in Postmenopausal Low Bone Mass Patients with Kidney Yang Deficiency Type
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Du moxibustion on lumbar and back pain in postmenopausal low bone mass patients with kidney Yang deficiency type. Methods A total of 86 patients with postmenopausal low bone mass and kidney Yang deficiency type in the hospital were randomly grouped. The control group accepted conventional treatment. On the basis of the control group, the observation group accepted supervision moxibustion intervention. The bone density, visual analogue score(VAS),serum calcium(OCN)and serum Ca2+,clinical effects and adverse reactions in the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the lumbar spine density of the observation group was greater than the control group, and the VAS score was lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the serum Ca2+of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the serum OCN was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Du moxibustion can improve the lumbar and back pain of postmenopausal low bone mass patients with kidney Yang deficiency type, and improve the quality of life.It has a good clinical efficacy and is worthy of further promotion.
