Psychological Pain Status and Influencing Factors in Patients with Intracranial Aneurysm After Interventional Embolization
Objective To investigate the psychological pain status of patients with intracranial aneurysm after interventional embolization treatment, and analyze its influencing factors,in order to provide theoretical basis for clinical relief of patients'psychological pain. Methods A total of 70 patients with intracranial aneurysms treated with interventional embolization from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the study subjects. At 6 months after surgery, the psychological pain status of patients was evaluated using the distress thermometer questionnaire, and they were divided into psychological pain group and painless pain group based on the scoring results. At the same time, the symptom experience scale, social support rating scale and rehabilitation resilience questionnaire were used to evaluate the symptom burden, social support and rehabilitation resilience of the patients, and the baseline data of the two groups were compared.Multivariate logistic regression analysis was used to test the related factors affecting the psychological distress of patients with intracranial aneurysms after interventional embolization. Results Among the 70 patients with intracranial aneurysms,40 patients had psychological distress, accounting for 57.14%(40/70).There were statistical significant differences in gender, symptom burden level, social support level and rehabilitation resilience level between the two groups(P<0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that gender, symptom burden level, social support level, low support level and rehabilitation resilience level were the influencing factors of postoperative psychological distress(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with intracranial aneurysms generally experience psychological pain after interventional embolization, and it is influenced by gender, symptom burden, social support, and resilience level.
