Effect of Nifedipine Combined with Rabelol in the Treatment of Gestational Hypertension
Objective To explore the effect of nifedipine combined with rabelol in the treatment of gestational hypertension and influence on uterine artery blood flow and maternal and infant outcomes. Methods A total of 96 patients with gestational hypertension who were treated in Public People's Hospital of Xinzheng and Zhengzhou People's Hospital from May 2020 to June 2023 were selected as the study subjects, they were divided into control group(40 cases)and research group(56 cases)based on treatment methods. The control group received treatment with nifedipine, while the research group received additional treatment with rabelol on this basis. The clinical efficacy after treatment, blood pressure, uterine artery hemodynamics and endothelial function before and after treatment were compared between the two groups, the maternal and infant outcomes and adverse reactions calculated. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the research group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure after treatment in both groups reduced, and the research group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The pulse index, resistance index, peak systolic velocity/end diastolic and endothelin-1 after treatment in both groups were lower than before treatment, and the research group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The level of nitric oxide increased after treatment in both groups, and the research group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in both pregnant women and newborns in the research group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no stastistical difference in delivery gestational age of premature pregnant women and total incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Rabelol combined with nifedipine have a synergistic antihypertensive effect, improve uterine artery hemodynamics in patients with gestational hypertension, restore endothelial function, and it's safe and effective.
