Application of Staged Nursing in Patients Undergoing Da Vinci Robot-Assisted Radical Lung Cancer Surgery
Objective To analyze the application effect of staged nursing based on Delphi method in patients undergoing Da Vinci robot-assisted radical resection of lung cancer. Methods Eighty-seven patients with lung cancer treated in the hospital from May 2021 to October 2022 were selected, all of whom were treated with Da Vinci robot assisted radical resection of lung cancer under general anesthesia, and were divided into two groups according to the random number table method. The control group(43 cases)received routine nursing intervention, and the observation group(44 cases)received phased nursing guidance based on the Delphi method on the basis of the control group, and the psychological stress response, physiological stress response, degree of cancer-related fatigue and quality of life between the two groups before and after intervention were compared. Results Thirty minutes before surgery, the 14 Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)and 17 Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)scores of two groups decreased, and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Thirty minutes before surgery, the heart rate, systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in two groups increased, but the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention, the Piper fatigue scale(PFS)score was lower in the observation group than that in the control group, and the functional assessment of cancer treatment lung(FACT-L)score was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of phased nursing based on the Delphi method in patients undergoing radical lung cancer surgery assisted by Da Vinci robots under general anesthesia can effectively reduce psychological and physiological stress, alleviate cancer-related fatigue, and improve quality of life.
