Application Effect of Intensive Situational Teaching Mode in Children with Delayed Language Development
Objective To analyze the application effect of intensive situational teaching mode in children with delayed language retardation.Methods A total of 240 children with delayed language retardation admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from December 2021 to April 2023 were selected and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 120 cases in each group.The control group accepted the conventional intervention mode and the observation group accepted the intensive situational teaching mode.The development and language function level of the two groups were compared by the Gessel development scale(Gesell)and the language behavior assessment scale.Results Before the intervention,there was no statistical difference in the Gesell scale of the two groups(P>0.05).At 14 days of intervention,the scores of the Gesell scale and language behavior evaluation scale were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The intensive situational teaching mode can promote the body function development of children with language development delay,and improve the language function level,with good effect.
