Application of Proactive Risk Prevention Based on Evidence in the Nursing of Neonates with Severe Pneumonia
Objective To study the application of proactive risk prevention based on evidence in the nursing of neonates with severe pneumonia. Methods The clinical data of 84 cases of neonatal severe pneumonia admitted to the hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were retrospectively analyzed and divided into control group(40 cases, accepted routine nursing)and observation group(44 cases, accepted routine and active risk prevention nursing)according to nursing method.Nursing risk events and complaint rate, nursing safety and nursing quality scores, high flow oxygen time, ventilation time and hospital stay of the two groups were counted, and the anxiety[state-trait anxiety inventory(STAI)score]of family members before and after care was assessed. Results The incidence of nursing risk events(2.27%)and complaint rate(6.82%)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(17.50%and 25.00%),the scores of nursing safety and nursing quality were higher than those in the control group, and the high flow oxygen time, ventilation time and hospital stay were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,STAI scores of both groups were decreased, and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Active prevention of risk nursing can reduce nursing risk events and complaint rate, improve nursing safety and nursing quality, reduce anxiety of family members, shorten the time of high flow oxygen, ventilation and hospital stay.
