Effects of Supervisory and Early Warning Nursing Mode in Patients with Type 2 Respiratory Failure
Objective To explore the application value of supervisory early warning nursing mode in patients with type 2 respiratory failure. Methods A total of 136 patients with type 2 respiratory failure treated in Nanyang First People's Hospital from January 2022 to March 2023 were selected and divided into study group(68 cases)and routine group(68 cases)according to different nursing methods. The routine group adopted the routine nursing intervention, and the study group adopted the joint supervisory early warning nursing mode on the basis of the routine group.Blood gas indexes[partial pressure of oxygen in arterial blood(PaO2),partial pressure of carbon dioxide in arterial blood(PaCO2)],pulmonary function[forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1),forced vital capacity(FVC),maximal voluntary ventilation(MVV)],negative emotion[self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS)],sleep quality[Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)],exercise fear[Tampa scale for kinesiophobia(TSK)],complication rate were compared between the two groups. Results PaO2,FEV1,FVC and MVV in the study group after the intervention were higher than those in the routine group, and PaCO2 in the study group was lower than that in the routine group(P<0.05).SAS,TSK,SDS and PSQI scores in the study group after the intervention were lower than the routine group(P<0.05).And the overall rate of complications in the study group was lower than that in the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion Supervised early warning nursing mode can alleviate exercise fear and negative emotion in patients with type 2 respiratory failure, improve blood gas index, lung function, improve sleep quality and reduce the incidence of complications.
