Application Effects of Comprehensive Health Management Combined with Aerobic Resistance Exercise in Patients with Endometrial Cancer and Diabetes
Objective To explore the application effects of comprehensive health management combined with aerobic resistance exercise in patients with endometrial cancer(EC)and diabetes. Methods A total of 78 patients with EC complicated with diabetes admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from June 2021 to June 2023 were enrolled as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into the control group(39 cases)and the observation group(39 cases). All patients were given routine hypoglycemic treatment.During the treatment period, the control group was given routine intervention, and the observation group received comprehensive health management combined with aerobic resistance exercise on the basis of the control group, and the intervention was continuous for one month. The blood glucose control and emotional changes were compared between the two groups before and one month after the intervention. Results After intervention, the levels of fasting blood glucose(FBG)and glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c)and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)scores decreased in both groups, and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the scores of both Connor-Davidson resilience scale(CD-RISC)of two groups increased, and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The Newcastle nursing satisfaction scale(NSNS)score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.001).Conclusion Comprehensive health management combined with aerobic resistance exercise can help control blood sugar in EC patients with diabetes, and improve negative emotions, psychological resilience, and improve nursing satisfaction.
