Influence of Early Rehabilitation Training Based on Time-Effect Incentive Theory on Rehabilitation Effect and Exercise Compliance of Elderly Patients with Hip Arthroplasty
Objective To exploring the influence of early rehabilitation training based on time-effect incentive theory on rehabilitation effect and exercise compliance of elderly patients with hip arthroplasty(HA).Methods A total of 128 elderly HA patients admitted to Xinyang Central Hospital from April 2020 to May 2023 were collected and randomly divided into conventional group and time-effect incentive group,64 cases in each group. The conventional group was given routine nursing, and the time-effect incentive group was given early postoperative rehabilitation training based on time-effect incentive theory. The postoperative recovery process, hip joint function(Harris score),rehabilitation exercise compliance, health behavior,self-care ability, knowledge awareness rate, nursing complaint rate, satisfaction rate and complications were compared between the two groups. Results The incision healing, bed mobility, and discharge time in the time-effect incentive group were shorter than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).The compliance of rehabilitation exercise in the time-effect incentive group was better than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).After intervention, the Harris score in the time-effect incentive group was higher than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).After intervention, the health promoting lifestyle profile Ⅱ(HPLP Ⅱ)and the exercise of self-care agency scale(ESCA)scores in the time-effect incentive group were higher than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).The knowledge awareness rate and satisfaction rate of the time-effect incentive group were higher than those of the conventional group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the time-effect incentive group was lower than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Early rehabilitation training based on 5 time-effect incentive theory can improve the disease knowledge awareness rate and rehabilitation exercise compliance of HA patients, promote healthy behavior, improve self-care ability, improve hip joint function, accelerate the patient's rehabilitation process, and further improve nursing satisfaction.
