Median Effective Dose of Cyclopofol Combined with Dizocine Undergoing Painless Induced Abortion
Objective To measure the median effective dose cyclopofol combined with dizocine when patients undergoing painless induced abortion.Methods Twenty-five patients who planned to undergo painless induced abortion in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University in November 2023 were included in the study,with a body mass index of 18-25 kg·m-2,cyclopofol combined with dizocine anesthesia.After intravenous injection of dizocine 2.5 mg,the dose of cyclopofol was given according to the sequential method,the initial dose was 0.33 mg·kg-1,the gradient was 0.02 mg·kg-1,and after anesthesia,the patient's eyelid reflex disappeared and there was no somatic reactions within 5 min of uterine cavity operation,which was judged to be valid(negative),otherwise it was invalid(positive),if judged to be negative,cyclopofol decreased by a gradient,contrarily a concentration gradient was increased.Sequential method was used and ED50 was calculated by Probit probability regression.Results There were 25 patients,of which 12 were negative and 13 were positive.The ED50 of cyclopofol in the induction of general anesthesia in patients with painless abortion was 0.346 mg·kg-1.The 95％confidence interval was 0.322-0.376 mg·kg-1.Conclusion Median effective dose of cyclopofol is 0.346 mg·kg-1 when cyclopofol combined with dezocine is used in patients underwent painless abortion.
