Effect of ALA-PDT,BCG Polysaccharide and Nucleic Acid Injection Combined with Thymosin Enteric-Coated Tablet in Treatment of Condyloma Acuminatum
Objective To study the effect of Ella photodynamic therapy(ALA-PDT),BCG polysaccharide and nucleic acid injection combined with thymosin enteric-coated tablet in the treatment of condyloma acuminatum.Methods A total of 82 patients with condyloma acuminatum admitted to Zhengzhou Central Hospital Affiliated to Zhengzhou University from February 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into a combined group and a control group,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with thymosin enteric-coated tablets combined with ALA-PDT,while the combined group received bacillus calmette-guerin polysaccharide nucleic acid injection on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared,as well as the number of warts,lesion area,immune function indexes(CD3+,CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+),and serum cytokine levels[lipid peroxide(Lpo),granulocyte-macrophage colony stimulating factor(GM-CSF),high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)]before treatment,after 3 months of treatment,and the recurrence rate at 6 months was compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical efficacy rate of the combined group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the number of warts and lesion area in the combined group were smaller than those in the control group(P＜0.05).After 3 months of treatment,compared with the control group,the levels of CD3+,CD4+/CD8+,CD4+in the combined group were higher,while the level of CD8+was lower(P＜0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the levels of serum GM-CSF,TNF-α,Lpo,hs-CRP in the combined group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The recurrence rate of the combination group(2.56％)was lower than that of the control group(21.05％)at 6 months after treatment(P＜0.05).Conclusion The combination of ALA-PDT,BCG polysaccharide and nucleic acid injection and thymosin enteric-coated tablets can improve the immune function,inhibit the inflammatory response,reduce clinical symptoms,improve clinical efficacy,and lower the risk of recurrence in patients with condyloma acuminatum.
