Application of Teaching Mode Based on SECI Model in Nursing Training for Operating Room Nurses
Objective To explore the application effect of teaching mode based on the SECI(socialization,externalization,combination,internalization)model in nursing training for operating room nurses.Methods A total of 80 nurses who participated in operating room training from March 2021 to February 2023 were included as the research objects.They were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group implemented the traditional teaching mode,while the observation group implemented the teaching mode based on the SECI model.The theoretical assessment results,operational assessment results,post competency,core competencies,and nurses'satisfaction with teaching were compared between the two groups.Results The theoretical assessment,operational assessment results,nurse competency scale score,competency inventory for registered nurse score,and nurses'satisfaction with teaching implementation in the observation group were all higher than those before implementation(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the SECI model based teaching model in nursing training for operating room nurses can improve their theoretical and operational assessment scores,enhance their job competence and core abilities,and increase their satisfaction with the application of the SECI model.
