Application of the Teaching Mode Based on the Internet Cloud Platform in the Standardized Training of Specialized Nurses in Venous Therapy
Objective To explore the application effect of the teaching mode based on the internet cloud platform in the standardized training of intravenous therapy specialist nurses.Methods A total of 62 trainees who participated in one session of intravenous therapy specialist nurse training courses in 2019 and 2020 were used as the control group,and the traditional training method was implemented.A total of 64 trainees who participated in two sessions of intravenous therapy specialist nurse training courses in 2021 were used as the experiment,the teaching mode based on the internet cloud platform was implemented.After the training,the theoretical scores,operational scores,clinical practice scores,graduation theoretical scores,case report scores and overall training satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of the trainees in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group in the theoretical assessment,operation assessment,clinical practice assessment,and graduation theoretical scores(P＜0.05).Trainees in the experimental group was superior to the control group in case report assessment and overall training satisfaction evaluation(P＜0.05).Conclusion The teaching mode based on the internet cloud platform can improve the theoretical knowledge level and operation ability of intravenous therapy specialist nurses and the ability of comprehensively using knowledge to solve problems,and improve the satisfaction of trainees and the overall standardized training quality.
