Effect of Fiberbronchoscopic Alveolar Lavage Combined with Qingfei Jiangzhuo Prescription on Severe Pneumonia
Objective To investigate the effect of fiberbronchoscopic alveolar lavage combined with Qingfei Jiangzhuo prescription in the treatment of severe pneumonia.Methods A total of 72 patients with severe pneumonia admitted to Shangqiu Municipal Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as research objects,and were divided into observation group(36 cases)and control group(36 cases)by random number table method.Both groups were treated with routine treatment,and the control group was treated with bronchoscopic alveolar lavage on the basis of routine treatment.Observation group was combined with Qingfei Jiangzhuo prescription on the basis of control group,and the efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results The temperature recovery time,mechanical ventilation time,atelectasis recovery time,respiratory failure recovery time,cough disappearance time and hospital stay time of observation group were shorter than those of control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the scores of cough,phlegm obstruction and pneumatosis in the two groups were decreased,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,dynamic compliance(Cdyn)of the two groups was increased,airway resistance(RAW)and work of breaking(WOB)were decreased,and Cdyn of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,while RAW and WOB of the observation group were lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Procalcitonin,interleukin-6,C reactive protein and white blood cell count in the two groups were decreased after treatment,and these indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after treatment(P＜0.05).No serious adverse reactions were observed in both groups.Conclusion Fiberbronchoscopic alveolar lavage combined with Qingfei Jiangzhuo is better in severe pneumonia,which can improve the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,respiratory dynamics and alveolar surface active protein,reduce the level of inflammation and promote the recovery of patients,and is worthy of clinical application.
