Clinical Effect of Self-designed Xinshuai Baoyuan Decoction in the Adjuvant Treatment of Chronic Heart Failure and Its Influence on Serum Myd88 and Galectin3
Objective To explore and analyze the clinical effect of self-designed Xinshuai Baoyuan decoction in the adjuvant treatment of patients with chronic heart failure and its influence on serum myeloid differentiation factor 88(MyD88)and Galectin-3.Methods A total of 108 patients with chronic heart failure admitted to Nanyang Second People's Hospital from May 2021 to May 2022 were randomly divided into observation group(54 cases)and control group(54 cases).The control group was treated with trimetazidine,and the observation group was treated with trimetazidine combined with self-designed Xinshuai Baoyuan decoction.The treatment time was 1 month.The effects of TCM syndromes and cardiac function,ventricular remodeling[left ventricular myocardial therapeutic index(LVMI),mean ventricular wall stress(MWS)],vascular endothelial function[endothelin-1(ET-1),nitric oxide]before and after treatment were compared between the two groups(NO),von willebrand factor(vWF),serum MyD88,Galectin-3 levels and the incidence of adverse reactions.Results The total effective rate of the observation group(96.30％)was higher than that of the control group(83.33％)(P＜0.05).After treatment,LVEF was increased in both groups,while LVEDD,BNP,LVMI,MWS,ET-1,NO,vWF and serum Galectin-3 and MyD88 were decreased(P＜0.05).There was no difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between observation group and control group(P＞0.05).Conclusion The adjuvant of self-designed Xinshuai Baoyuan decoction can delay ventricular remodeling in patients with chronic heart failure,promote the function of vascular endothelial cells,and then improve the cardiac function of patients,and reduce the levels of serum MyD88 and Galectin-3.The therapeutic effect is significant,safe and reliable.
