The Application of Comprehensive Intervention Under the Concept of Humanized Service in the Perinatal Care of Primiparous Women
Objective To investigate the application effect of comprehensive intervention under the concept of humanized service in the perinatal care of primiparous women. Methods A total of 126 primiparous women who received income from the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from May 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the research subjects. They were randomly divided into an observation group(63 cases)and a control group(63 cases)using a random number table method. The control group was given routine care, while the observation group received comprehensive intervention under the concept of humanized service on the basis of routine care. Both groups of intervention began when the mother was hospitalized for delivery and lasted until 7 days after delivery. The methods of delivery(natural delivery, cesarean section and forceps delivery)of the two groups were analyzed, and the duration of labor and the score of the Edinburgh postpartum depression scale(EPDS)at 7 days after delivery were compared between the two groups. Results Comparison of delivery methods between the two groups, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The first, second, and third stages of labor in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).At 7 days after delivery, the EPDS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.001).Conclusion The application effect of comprehensive intervention under the concept of humanized service in the perinatal period of primiparous women is significant, which can shorten the delivery process time, improve the natural delivery rate, and prevent postpartum depression.
