Application Effect of Rapid Rehabilitation Nursing Based on Evidence-Based Concept in Minimally Invasive Renal Calculus Surgery
Objective To explore the application effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing based on evidence-based concept in minimally invasive renal calculus surgery. Methods A total of 134 patients who underwent minimally invasive renal calculus surgery in Xinyang Central Hospital from July 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects, and were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group(67 cases)was given traditional nursing intervention during perioperative period, and the observation group was given rapid rehabilitation nursing based on evidence-based concept.Postoperative recovery and complications were evaluated between the two groups.Visual analog scale(VAS)and Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)were used to evaluate postoperative pain and sleep quality between the two groups. Results Postoperative bowel sound recovery time, anal exhaust time, first getting out of bed time and hospital stay time in observation group were shorter than those in control group(P<0.05).At the 3rd day after surgery, the scores of VAS and PSQI were decreased in both groups, and the scores in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in observation group(2.99%)was lower than that in control group(11.94%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Rapid rehabilitation nursing based on evidence-based concept could shorten the postoperative recovery time of patients with minimally invasive renal calculus surgery, improve the degree of pain and sleep quality, reduce the risk of complications, and the application effect was better in perioperative clinical nursing.
