One Case of Angiolymphoid Hyperplasia with Eosinophilia
A 56-year-old female presented with nodules on the scalp,accompanied by itching for 30 years and relapse for 2 months.The histopathology of the skin showed that the epidermis was approximately normal.There was proliferation of dermal vessels,the endothelial cells was swelling and the vascular wall was thicker,and there were a large number of lymphocytes and a few of eosinophils infiltrated around the blood vessels.Diagnosis of angiolymphoid hyperplasia with eosinophilia was made.The patient underwent laser united oral low-dose of corticosteroids accordingly.
