Objective To understand the status of disease perception of breast cancer patients,analyze the influencing factors,provide reference for related work,and provide better psychological support and treatment plan for patients.Methods A total of 145 breast cancer patients who met the inclusion exclusion criteria at the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from February to April 2023 were selected as the study subjects.A cross-sectional survey was used to conduct a questionnaire survey of them using general information questionnaire and disease perception questionnaire,analyzed by SPSS 25.0 software.Results The total score of disease perception of breast cancer patients was(49.28±6.92).There were differences in disease perception among breast cancer patients with different education levels,occupations and family income(P＜0.05).Conclusion Breast cancer patients have negative disease perception,patients for disease care,treatment control,the perception of the most serious,for disease understanding was relatively light.The higher education level and income,the lower negative disease perception.
