Influencing Factors of Self-transcendence in Patients with Chronic Heart Failure
Objective To explore the level of self-transcendence and its influencing factors in patients with chronic heart failure(CHF).Methods A total of 157 patients with CHF admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from May 2021 to May 2023 were retrospectively selected.General data questionnaire,Chinese self-transcendence scale(CSTS),perceptive social support scale and Herth hope index scale were used to investigate the general information,self-transcendence level,perceptive social support level and hope level of patients,and the influencing factors of self-transcendence level of patients with CHF was analyzed.Results A total of 157 questionnaires were sent out in this survey,and 146 were effectively recovered,with effective recovery rate of 92.99%(146/157).The CSTS score of 146 CHF patients was(41.26±7.93),of which 40 cases were over 45 points,accounting for 27.40%.The score of CSTS in patients with different disease course,cardiac function grade,education level,monthly income,understanding social support and hope level was statistically significant(P<0.05).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that cardiac function grade Ⅲ was the risk factor for increasing CSTS score,college degree or above,monthly income>10 000 yuan,high level of social understanding and high level of hope were the protective factors for increasing CSTS score(P<0.05).Conclusion The self-transcendence level of CHF patients is mainly related to cardiac function grade,education level,monthly income,understanding social support level and hope level.The prevention and treatment measures based on the above factors are helpful to improve the self-transcendence level and psychological state.
