Risk Factors for Hp Infection in Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction
Objective Explore the risk factors for Helicobacter pylori(Hp)occurrence in patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI),and provide a basis for clinical intervention. Methods Retrospective analysis of clinical data of 156 ACI patients admitted to Nanyang Central Hospital from January 2021 to May 2022.Based on the occurrence of Hp infection, they were divided into an occurrence group of 73 cases and a non occurrence group of 83 cases.Multivariate logistic regression was used to analyze the factors affecting the occurrence of Hp infection. Results Age,NIHSS score, dynamic arteriosclerosis index, white matter osteoporosis score, atrial fibrillation, white blood cell count,interleukin-6,C-reactive protein,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol, malondialdehyde, homocysteine were independent risk factors for Hp infection.Serum VEGF level was an independent protective factor for Hp infection(P<0.05).Conclusion There are many risk factors for Hp infection in ACI patients, and clinical screening should be conducted in advance and corresponding intervention measures should be taken to reduce the incidence of Hp infection.
