Anti-Recurrent Abortion Effect of Low Molecular Weight Heparin Combined with Fat Milk and Its Modulating Effect on Proinflammatory Mediators and Immune Function
Objective To investigate the efficacy of low molecular weight heparin combined with fat milk in the treatment of recurrent abortion(RSA),and to analyze its effects on pregnancy outcomes, inflammatory mediators and immune function. Methods A total of 101 RSA patients from February 2021 to March 2022 were selected as the study objects, and randomly divided into single group(50 cases)and combined group(51 cases). Both groups received conventional basic treatment, and on this basis, the single group received fat emulsion treatment, while the combined group received low molecular weight heparin combined with fat emulsion treatment. Both groups were treated continuously until 12 weeks of pregnancy. The clinical efficacy, pregnancy outcomes and safety of the two groups were compared. The levels of T lymphocyte subsets(CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+),inflammatory mediators[interleukin-10(IL-10),interleukin-17(IL-17),macrophage inflammatory protein 1α(MIP-1α)]before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate and pregnancy success rate of the combined group were higher than those of the single group(P<0.05),while there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).The CD4+and CD4+/CD8+levels in the combined group were lower than those in the single group at 12 weeks of pregnancy, while the CD8+level was higher than that in the single group(P<0.05).The serum IL-10 and MIP-1 α levels in the combined group were higher than those in the single group at 12 weeks of pregnancy, while the serum IL-17 level was lower than that in the single group(P<0.05).Conclusion The efficacy of low molecular weight heparin combined with fat emulsion in the treatment of RSA is precise and safe, which can improve pregnancy outcomes, reduce the production of inflammatory mediators, and regulate the immune function of the body.
