Effects of Fasudil Combined with Ganglioside Injection in Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction
Objective To investigate the effects of fasudil combined with ganglioside injection in patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI).Methods The data of 136 patients with ACI in the hospital from May 2021 to May 2023 were retrospectively analyzed,and they were divided into control group(receiving ganglioside injection)and study group(receiving fasudil and ganglioside injection)according to treatment plans,with 68 cases in each group.The clinical efficacy,National Institute of Health stroke scale(NIHSS),mini-mental state examination(MMSE)score,Barthel index,hemodynamics[mean flow velocity(Vm),maximum peak flow velocity(Vp),low diastolic flow velocity(Vd),peak systolic flow velocity(Vs)]and serum TNF receptor superfamily members4(OX40),Bcl-2 associated with x protein(Bax)and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group(89.71％)was higher than that of the control group(76.47％)(P＜0.05).After treatment,MMSE score and Barthel index in the study group were higher than those in the control group,NIHSS score was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,Vm,Vp,Vdand Vs in the study group were higher than those in the control group,OX40 and Bax were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).There was no stastistical difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion Fasudil combined with ganglioside injection in the treatment of ACI can improve hemodynamics,down-regulate the expression of OX40 and Bax,reduce the degree of nerve defect,promote the recovery of cognitive function,and improve the daily living ability of patients,with high safety.
