Clinical Efficacy of Holographic Meridian Scraping Combined with Auricular Acupressure in Qi-Depressive Constitution
Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of holographic meridian scraping combined with auricular acupressure in Qi-depressive constitution.Methods One hundred and sixteen patients with Qi-depressive constitution in Henan Provincial People's Hospital from March 2021 to March 2023 were enrolled,and classified into two groups according to treatment approaches,each with 58 cases.Control group received auricular acupressure,based on this,observation group was given holographic meridian scraping.Then the clinical efficacy,Qi-depressive constitution score,sleep quality,anxiety status,depression symptoms and quality of life were compared between two groups.Results The total efficacy rate in observation group[94.83％(55/58)]was higher than that[82.75％(48/58)]in control group(P＜0.05).Qi-depressive constitution scale score and Pittsburgh sleep quality index in observation group were lower than those of control group after treatment(P＜0.05).The scores of self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale in observation group were lower than those in control group after treatment(P＜0.05).The scores of general health,physical functioning,vitality and bodily pain of quality of life scale in observation group were higher than those in control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Application of holographic meridian scraping combined with auricular acupressure in Qi-depressive constitution can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms,improve sleep quality,attenuate anxiety and depression symptoms and improve the overall quality of life in patients.
