Intervention Effect of Noddins Caring Theoretical Nursing Model on Children with Bronchopneumonia
Objective To retrospectively analyze the clinical application effect of Noddings theoretical nursing model in bronchopneumonia.Methods A total of 102 children with bronchopneumonia in the Third Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from October 2022 December 2022 were selected,and they were divided into Nodins group(51 cases)and control group(51 cases)according to nursing methods.The control group received routine nursing,and Nodins group received Nodins theoretical nursing mode on this basis.The rehabilitation effect,treatment compliance,sleep quality[Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)],pediatric quality of life inventory[PedsQL 4.0]and family satisfaction[Newcastle satisfaction with nursing scale(NSNS)]were compared between the two groups.Results The length of hospital stay and the disappearance time of fever,cough and lung moist rales in Nodins group were shorter than those in control group(P＜0.05).The treatment compliance of Nodins group(100.00％)was higher than that of control group(88.24％)(P＜0.05).After intervention,the PSQI score of the Noddings group was lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05).After intervention,the PedsQL score in Noddings group was higher than that in control group(P＜0.05).Family satisfaction in the Noddings group(100.00％)was higher than that in the control group(86.27％)(P＜0.05).Conclusion The implementation of Nodins care theory nursing model for children with bronchopneumonia can improve the treatment compliance,improve the rehabilitation effect,and improve the quality of sleep,quality of life and family satisfaction.
