Effect of Continuous Nursing Intervention Based on Ahmadi Model on Self-care Ability and Functional Exercise Compliance of Patients Undergoing Artificial Hip Replacement
Objective To retrospectively analyze the clinical application effect of continuous nursing intervention based on Ahmadi model in artificial hip replacement. Methods A total of 96 patients with artificial hip replacement in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from November 2022 to November 2023 were collected and divided into Ahmadi group(48 cases)and conventional group(48 cases)according to different nursing methods. The conventional group received routine nursing, and the Ahmadi group received continued nursing intervention based on Ahmadi model.Hip function(Harris hip function scale),complication rate,self-care ability[the exercise of self-care agency scale(ESC A)],functional exercise compliance, and generic quality of life inventory-74(GQOL-74)were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention, the Harris score of Ahmadi group was higher than that of conventional group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention, the ESCA score of Ahmadi group was higher than that of conventional group(P<0.05).The compliance rate of functional exercise in the Ahmadi group(100.00%)was higher than that in the conventional group(87.50%)(P<0.05).After intervention,GQOL-74 score in the Ahmadi group was higher than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous nursing intervention based on Ahmadi model can improve functional exercise compliance,self-care ability, hip function and quality of life in patients with artificial hip replacement.
