Application Effect of Rehabilitation Training Under the Guidance of Cardiopulmonary Exercise Testing in Coronary Heart Disease After Percutaneous Coronary Intervention
Objective To explore the application effect of rehabilitation training under the guidance of cardiopulmonary exercise testing in coronary heart disease after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods A total of 108 patients who underwent PCI surgery in Henan Chest Hospital from January 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the study objects, and were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 54 cases in each group.Patients in both groups were received routine treatment and exercise guidance after PCI,and patients in the observation group were given rehabilitation training under the guidance of cardiopulmonary exercise testing on this basis.Anaerobic threshold(AT),metabolic equivalents(METs)and maximal oxygen consumption(VO2 max)were detected by cardiopulmonary function detector, left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)was detected by cardiac color ultrasound,6-minute walking test was conducted, and 36-item short form survey(SF-36)scale was used to evaluate quality of life. Results After rehabilitation training, the indexes of AT,METs,VO2 max,LVEF,SF-36,and 6-minute walking distance were improved in both groups, and the above indexes in the observation group were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation training under the guidance of cardiopulmonary exercise testing could effectively improve the cardiopulmonary function and motor function for patients after PCI,enhance the postoperative quality of life and rehabilitation effect.
