Clinical Significance of Serum D-D,GSP,HbA1c Levels in Gestational Diabetes Mellitus
Objective To explore the clinical significance of serum D-dimmer(D-D),glycosylated serum protein(GSP)and glycosylated hemoglobin A1c(HbA1c)expression levels in gestational diabetes mellitus. Methods A total of 117 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the study group, and 117 healthy pregnant women were selected as the control group during the same period.Serum D-D,GSP,HbA1c and homeostasis model assessment-insulin resistance index(HOMA-IR)of the two groups were compared.Pearson was used to analyze the correlation between serum D-D,GSP,HbA1c levels and HOMA-IR at admission, and receiver operating characteristic curve was used to analyze the value of serum D-D,GSP combined with HbA1c levels in evaluating the severity of gestational diabetes. Results Compared with the control group, serum D-D,GSP,HbA1c levels and HOMA-IR levels in the study group were increased(P<0.05).Serum D-D,GSP,HbA1c levels and HOMA-IR index of pregnant women with different disease levels were compared:severe>moderate>mild(P<0.05).Serum D-D,GSP,HbA1c levels were positively correlated with HOMA-IR(r=0.671,0.715,0.696,P<0.05).The area under the curve of serum D-D,GSP and HbA1c levels in the combined diagnosis of moderate and severe gestational diabetes mellitus was 0.859 and 0.873,respectively.The best sensitivity was 95.64%and 96.30%,and the specificity was 76.12%and 78.26%,respectively.Conclusion The combined detection of serum D-D,GSP and HbA1c levels can provide a reliable reference for clinical evaluation of gestational diabetes mellitus.
