Diagnostic Value of Serum CYFRA21-1,CA125,CA153 and CEA in the Diagnosis and Prediction of Postoperative Recurrence of Breast Cancer
Objective To explore the diagnostic value of serum C-keratin 19 fragment antigen 21-1(CYFRA21-1),carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125),carbohydrate antigen 153(CA153)and carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA)in the diagnosis and prediction of postoperative recurrence of breast cancer.Methods A total of 97 cases of breast cancer patients diagnosed and treated in Pingdingshan First People's Hospital from September 2019 to August 2020 were selected as the research group,followed up for 3 years,and divided into recurrent group(19 cases)and non-recurrent group(78 cases)according to whether there was recurrence after operation,and 50 healthy people in the same period were selected as the control group.The serum levels of CYFRA21-1,CA125,CA153 and CEA were compared between the research group and the control group,and between the recurrent group and the non-recurrent group,and the serum CYFRA was analyzed.Results Serum CYFRA21-1,CA125,CA153 and CEA in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).ROC curve analysis showed that the AUC of serum CYFRA21-1,CA125,CA153,CEA and their combination in the diagnosis of breast cancer were 0.784,0.722,0.754,0.821 and 0.888,respectively,and the sensitivity and specificity at the optimal critical value were CA125 59.8%and 100.0%,CA153 55.37%,100.0%,CEA 58.8%,100.0%,their combination 70.4%,100.0%respectively.Serum CYFRA21-1,CA125,CA153 and CEA in recurrent group were significantly higher than those in non-recurrent group(P<0.05).ROC curve analysis showed that the AUC of serum CYFRA21-1,CA125,CA153 and CEA in predicting postoperative recurrence of breast cancer were 0.843,0.862,0.825,0.731 and 0.914,respectively.At the optimal cut-off value,the sensitivity and specificity were 68.4%and 100%for CA125,73.7%and 74.4%for CA153,57.9%and 88.5%for CEA,and 78.9%and 96.2%for the combination of the four indexes.Conclusion The combination of serum CYFRA21-1,CA125,CA153 and CEA has high diagnostic and predictive value for the diagnosis and postoperative recurrence of breast cancer.
