Environmental Disinfection and Monitoring of Blood Station Nucleic Acid Testing Laboratory
Objective To explore environmental disinfection and monitoring of Blood Station nucleic acid testing laboratory,analysis and evaluation of the efficacy.Methods From June 2021 to June 2023,the monitoring data of 25 sampling point of 3 working area of nucleic acid testing laboratory were collected,the disinfection effect of air,equipment,ground and surface of objects of nucleic acid testing laboratory were evaluated.Results Among the 25 environmental monitoring results collected,the specimen treatment in October 2021 and the mobile vehicle table in the specimen preparation area nucleic acid(HBV DNA)were positive,but still positive after retesting,ressampled after disinfection,and the results were negative.The qualified rate of the remaining 24 environmental monitoring was 100％.Pearson correlation analysis results showed that there was no correlation between the qualified rate of environmental monitoring and the split positive rate of the nucleic acid test results(P＞0.05).Conclusion The disinfection measured of nucleic acid testing laboratory environment on this site can effectively ensure the quality of testing.The reactiveness of HBV DNA in environmental disinfection result was pollution of equipment,and there was no harmful effects,reconstruction and strengthen the disinfection of laboratory and evaluation working,can ensure the result accuratissime and security of environment.
