Therapeutic Effect of Yiqi Huoxue Recipe Combined with Docetaxel After Breast Cancer Radical Operation
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of yiqi huoxue recipe combined with docetaxel after breast cancer radical operation.Methods A total of 80 patients undergoing radical mastectomy in hospital from April 2020 to October 2022 were selected as research objects and divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given docetaxel treatment,and the observation group was given Yiqi Huoxue prescription on this basis.The disease control rate,and peripheral blood parameters[white blood cell count(WBC),hemoglobin(Hb),platelet count(PLT)],tumor marker parameters[carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125),carbohydrate antigen 153(CA153)],and erythrocyte immune parameters[immune adherence inhibitory factor,immune adherence promoting factor,erythrocyte immune complex rosette]before and after treatment were compared between the two groups,as well as the occurrence of toxic side effects.Results The total effective rate in observation group was higher than that in control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of WBC,Hb,PLT in the observation group were higher than those in control group,while the levels of CEA,CA125 and CA153 in observation group were lower than those in control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the level of immune adherence promoting factor in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the level of immune adherence inhibitory factor and erythrocyte immune complex rosette were lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).The incidence of nausea,vomiting and liver function damage in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of Yiqi Huoxue Recipe combined with docetaxel in the treatment of breast cancer patients after radical surgery has a definite effect,which can effectively inhibit tumor growth,improve hematopoietic function,enhance red blood cell immunity,reduce the probability of nausea and vomiting,liver function damage,and help control the progress of the disease.
