Effects of Zimbardo Temporal Therapy Combined with Mindfulness-Based Decompression Intervention in Patients Undergoing Digestive Endoscopic Tumor Resection
Objective To analyze the effects of zimbardo temporal observation therapy combined with mindfulness decompression intervention on psychological stress, pain level and comfort in patients undergoing digestive endoscopic tumor resection. Methods A total of 84 patients with postoperative endoscopic tumor resection treated in the hospital from April 2021 to April 2022 were selected, and were divided into control group and research group according to the random number table method, with 42 cases in each group. The control group was given a mindfulness-based stress reduction intervention, and the study group was given a zimbardo time view therapy intervention on the basis of the control group. The psychological state of the anxiety and depression self-rating scale was used to assess the psychological state, the visual pain analog score scale was used to assess the pain degree, and the comfort scale was used to evaluate the comfort of patients, and the psychological state, pain degree, comfort score and satisfaction of the two groups before and after intervention were compared. Results Compared with before the intervention, the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)scores of both groups after the intervention were reduced(P<0.05),and the SAS and SDS scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Compared to the control group, the study group had a lower pain score of visual analogue scale(VAS)after the intervention(P<0.05)and a higher general comfort questionnaire(GCQ)score(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Zimbardo time observation therapy combined with mindfulness compression intervention can relieve anxiety and depression, reduce pain and improve examination comfort in patients undergoing digestive endoscopy.
