Application Effect of Morita Therapy Nursing Intervention in Patients Undergoing Initial in Vitro Fertilization-Embryo Transfer
Objective To investigate the effects of Morita therapy nursing interventions on stress feelings and health care experiences of patients undergoing initial in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer(IVF-ET),with a view to providing a referable basis for clinical improvement of nursing measures. Methods Ninety-four initial IVF-ET patients admitted to Henan Institute of Henan Provincial People's Hospital Jingwu Road Hospital District from March 2020 to March 2023 were selected as study subjects and divided into the Morita group and the conventional group based on the random number table method, with 47 cases in each group. The conventional group was given conventional nursing interventions, and the Morita group was given Morita therapy nursing interventions on top of the conventional group, and the interventions were continued for 3 months. The two groups were compared in terms of their medical experience, stress feelings[perceived stress scale(PSS)],psychological status[self-rating depression scale(SDS),self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)]and self-effectiveness[general self-efficacy scale(GSES)]before 3 months of intervention. Results The PSS,SDS,and SAS scores of the Morita group at 3 months of intervention were lower than those of the conventional group, and the GSES scores were higher than those of the conventional group(P<0.05).The process efficiency, treatment behavior,information-based medical experience, humanistic care and doctor-patient relationship scores of the Morita group were higher than those of the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Morita therapy nursing intervention applied to first-time IVF-ET patients can effectively improve negative psychology, reduce stressful feelings, enhance self-efficacy,and optimize the health care experience.
