Application of Differentiated Nursing Model Based on Quantitative Surgical Nursing Evaluation Strategy in Patients Undergoing Laparoscopic Surgery for Colorectal Cancer
Objective To explore the effect of differentiated nursing model based on quantitative surgical nursing evaluation strategy on prognosis, complication rate, pain degree, comfort level,self-care ability and quality of life of patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery for colorectal cancer. Methods A total of 102 colorectal patients who planned to undergo laparoscopic radical surgery at the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from February 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 51 cases in each group, using a random number table method. The control group received routine nursing, while the observation group received differentiated nursing mode based on quantitative surgical nursing evaluation strategy based on the former. The prognosis recovery, incidence of complications,pre-and post intervention hospitalization comfort scale(GCQ)scores, visual analogue scale(VAS)scores,self-care ability assessment scale(ESCA)scores, and European organization for research and treatment of cancer quality of life questionnaire core 30(EORTC QLQ-C30)scores were compared between two groups. Results The first time of getting out of bed,the first time of eating, the first time of exhaust, the first time of defecation and the length of hospitalization in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The VAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the ESCA and GCQ scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the EORTC QLQ-C30 functional field score and overall quality of life score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and symptom area score was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of differentiated nursing model based on quantitative surgical nursing evaluation strategy in patients with laparoscopic colorectal surgery can reduce the risk of complications, reduce the degree of pain, enhance self-care ability, and promote the improvement of patients'quality of life and condition.
