Effect of Nutritional Support Therapy Based on NRS2002 on Nutritional Status in Patients with Perioperative Gastrointestinal Cancer
Objective To investigate the effect of nutritional support therapy based on NRS2002 on the improvement of nutritional status in patients with gastrointestinal cancer during perioperative period.Methods From January to December 2022,40 patients with gastrointestinal cancer requiring surgery were selected from a Grade-Ⅲ hospital,and divided into observation group and control group by random number method.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given nutritional support therapy on the basis of the control group.Results Albumin,transfermoglobin,hemoglobin and prealbumin in observation group were higher than those in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complications in observation group were less than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nutritional support therapy can effectively improve the nutritional status of gastrointestinal cancer patients during perioperative period and reduce the occurrence of complications.
