Risk Factors of Sleep Disorders in Maintenance Hemodialysis Patients
Objective To study the risk factors of sleep disorders in maintenance hemodialysis(MHD)patients and develop related preventive measures. Methods A total of 110 MHD patients admitted to Kaifeng Central Hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were divided into SD group(48 cases)and non-SD group(52 cases). The grouping was based on whether the patients had sleep disorders.Univariate and multivariate analysis were used to analyze the risk factors of sleep disorders in MHD patients. Results Older age, pruritchy skin, lower serum 25-hydroxy vitamin D3[25-(OH)D3]level and higher Baker depression scale 2nd edition Chinese version(BDI-Ⅱ-C)score were independent risk factors for sleep disorders in MHD patients(P<0.05).Conclusion Independent risk factors for sleep disorders in MHD patients included older age, pruritchy skin, lower level of serum 25-(OH)D3,and score of higher BDI-Ⅱ-C.Targeted treatment or intervention could be implemented according to the above influencing factors and corresponding preventive measures to improve patients'sleep status and help control patients'disease.
