摘要
目的 研究维持性血液透析(MHD)患者发生睡眠障碍的风险因素,并制定相关的预防措施.方法 将开封市中心医院2020年1月至2022年12月收治的110例MHD患者分为SD组(48例)和非SD组(52例),分组依据为患者是否发生睡眠障碍,采用单因素和多因素分析MHD患者睡眠障碍发生的风险因素.结果 年龄较大、皮肤瘙痒、血清25-羟维生素D3[25-(OH)D3]水平较低、贝克抑郁量表第2版中文版(BDI-Ⅱ-C)评分较高均为MHD患者睡眠障碍发生的独立风险因素(P＜0.05).结论 MHD患者睡眠障碍发生的独立风险因素包括年龄较大、皮肤瘙痒、血清25-(OH)D3水平较低、BDI-Ⅱ-C评分较高,临床可根据上述影响因素及对应的预防措施对患者实施针对性治疗或干预,改善患者睡眠状态,有助于患者病情的控制.
Abstract
Objective To study the risk factors of sleep disorders in maintenance hemodialysis(MHD)patients and develop related preventive measures.Methods A total of 110 MHD patients admitted to Kaifeng Central Hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were divided into SD group(48 cases)and non-SD group(52 cases).The grouping was based on whether the patients had sleep disorders.Univariate and multivariate analysis were used to analyze the risk factors of sleep disorders in MHD patients.Results Older age,pruritchy skin,lower serum 25-hydroxy vitamin D3[25-(OH)D3]level and higher Baker depression scale 2nd edition Chinese version(BDI-Ⅱ-C)score were independent risk factors for sleep disorders in MHD patients(P＜0.05).Conclusion Independent risk factors for sleep disorders in MHD patients included older age,pruritchy skin,lower level of serum 25-(OH)D3,and score of higher BDI-Ⅱ-C.Targeted treatment or intervention could be implemented according to the above influencing factors and corresponding preventive measures to improve patients'sleep status and help control patients'disease.
