Effect of Shugan Jieyu Capsules Combined with Paroxetine Hydrochloride in Patients with Headache-Depression Comorbidity
Objective To explore the effects of Shugan Jieyu capsules combined with paroxetine hydrochloride in patients with headache-depression comorbidity.Methods A total of 102 headache-depression comorbidity patients treated in the Ninth People's Hospital from June 2022 to January 2023 were selected as a research object,they were divided into two groups according to the double blind method and 1:1 distribution principle.The control group were treated with paroxetine hydrochloride,and the observation group were treated with Shugan Jieyu capsules on the basis of the control group.The Chinese syndrome integral,headache improvement,anxiety,depression and sleep symptoms changes,intracranial vascular mean flow velocity and clinical treatment effect of two groups were observed.Results After treatment,the observation group had lower traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,better improvement in headache than the control group,lower scores in anxiety,depression and sleep quality symptoms,and lower average intracranial blood flow velocity than the control group(P＜0.05).The effective rate in the control group was lower than the observation group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The treatment of Shugan Jieyu capsules combined with paroxetine hydrochloride can improve clinical symptoms of patients with headache-depression,relieve their anxiety and depression,improve their sleep quality,and improve the clinical treatment effect.
