Effect of Ticagrelor Combined with Tirofiban Hydrochloride on Stroke Patients
Objective To explore the effect of ticagrelor combined with tirofiban hydrochloride on stroke patients. Methods A total of 152 stroke patients were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 76 cases in each group. The control group received treatment with ticagrelor, while the observation group received treatment with tirofiban hydrochloride combined with ticagrelor. The neurological function, blood flow changes, platelet parameters, platelet markers, and adverse reactions between two groups of patients were compared. Results After treatment, the neurological function and National Institutes of Health stroke scale(NIHSS)scores decreased in both groups, while the Barthel index(BI)increased(P<0.05).The NIHSS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.01),and the BI index was higher than that of the control group(P<0.01).After treatment, the positive rates of CD62P and CD63,as well as the levels of P-selectin,platelet adhesion test(PADT),and platelet aggregation test(PAGT),decreased in both groups(P<0.05),and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).During the 3-month follow-up after surgery, the incidence of adverse cardiovascular events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of ticagrelor and tirofiban hydrochloride can improve neurological function, enhance daily living ability, reduce platelet activity, and reduce the incidence of major adverse cardiovascular events in stroke patients.
