Application of Narrative Therapy Combined with Medical Games in Nursing of Children with Mycoplasma Pneumonia
Objective To explore the application effect of narrative therapy combined with medical games in the nursing of children with mycoplasma pneumonia. Methods A total of 104 children with mycoplasma pneumonia diagnosed and treated from September to December 2023 were divided into two groups according to random number table method. The control group(52 cases)received routine nursing, and the study group(52 cases)received narrative therapy combined with medical game intervention on this basis. The improvement of symptoms and signs, hospitalization, treatment compliance, pulmonary function[peak expiratory flow(PEF),vital capacity(VC),maximum voluntary ventilation(MVV)]and psychological status[depression self rating scale for children(DSRSC)and the screen for child anxiety related emotional disorders(SCARED)]before and after intervention were compared between the two groups. Results The disappearance time of cough, asthmatics, lung moist rales, fever and hospital stay in the study group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).PEF,VC and MVV in two groups were higher after intervention than those before intervention, and the study group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,DSRSC score and SCARED score of two groups were lower than those before intervention, and the study group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The total compliance rate in the study group(94.33%)was higher than that in the control group(80.77%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Narrative therapy combined with medical game intervention can improve the clinical symptoms and lung function of children with mycoplasma pneumonia, reduce their adverse mood and improve their compliance.
