Application of Multi-point Feedback Nursing Model in Fundus Screening of Retinopathy of Prematurity
Objective To explore the application effects of multi-point feedback nursing model in the fundus screening of retinopathy of prematurity(ROP).Methods A total of 120 premature infants in the hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as research subjects.According to the random number table method, the premature infants were divided into observation group and control group, with 60 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing intervention, and the observation group was additionally given multi-point feedback nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.ROP screening results, disease cognition degree of family members of premature infants, compliance behaviors, eye complications and nursing quality were compared between the two groups. Results There was no statistical significance in the number of ROP screening cases between the two groups(P>0.05),but there was a statistical significance in the distribution of disease staging between the two groups(P<0.05).The disease cognition degree of family members and compliance behaviors of premature infants in observation group were higher than those in control group, and the incidence rate of complications was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).The nursing quality score in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Multi-point feedback nursing model can significantly enhance the disease cognition degree of family members and compliance behaviors of premature infants, and contribute to early fundus screening of ROP,with high overall nursing quality.
