Effect of 3D Printing Technology Combined with Personalized Care on Postoperative Rehabilitation of Adolescent Bone Tumor Patients
Objective To explore the impact of 3D printing technology combined with personalized care on the postoperative rehabilitation of adolescent bone tumor patients.Methods A total of 60 malignant bone tumor patients were selected.From August 2021 to October 2023,60 patients were divided into observation groups and control groups according to the random number table method.The control groups group(30 cases)received routine nursing measures,and the observation group(30 cases)received 3 D printing technology combined with personalized care,the anxiety scores,depression scores,numerical rating scale(NRS)scores,disease uncertainty scores,sleep quality scores,comfort and quality of life scores of the two groups of patients before and after care were compared.Results After the implementation of personalized care,anxiety score,depression score,NRS score,disease uncertainty score,sleep quality score,comfort and quality of life(physical health,mental health,social relationships and surrounding environment)scores,and postoperative the Karnofsky performance status score,satisfaction score,average length of stay and average cost were significantly of the observation group better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Combining personalized nursing measures based on 3 D printing technology can help accelerate the postoperative recovery of adolescent bone tumor patients and it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
